Cataliza.io is a B2B platform that provides access to psychometric assessments powered by Aon Assessment. Our service enables organizations to assess candidates, manage assessment workflows, and access detailed reports.

Aon Assessment is an independent third party that provides the actual psychometric assessments. Aon Assessment maintains its own terms of service and intellectual property rights for all assessment content, methodologies, and reports.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share assessment links or results in a manner that violates candidate privacy
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. Assessment Services

All psychometric assessments are provided by Aon Assessment. Cataliza.io serves as a platform to facilitate access to these assessments.

Assessment content, methodologies, scoring algorithms, and reports are the intellectual property of Aon Assessment and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from assessment materials without express written permission from Aon Assessment.

6. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with notice.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchased services.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service, subject to our refund policy.
• Assessment Credits: Purchased assessment credits never expire and remain available for future use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cataliza.io platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Cataliza.io and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Assessment content, including tests, reports, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Aon Assessment and is licensed to Cataliza.io for use in our platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for its intended business purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Assessment results should be used as one factor among many in employment decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATALIZA.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
